Flowing Home Improvements are part of the F&I Group, who have been at the forefront of the construction industry for over 40 years in the North East, and surrounding areas.
Once a small business, F&I Group has now grown so rapidly that in the past 10 years alone we now have over 200 members of staff, coming from Newcastle, Sunderland, and surrounding areas. This growth and success across F&I Group has moved us to the next phase, Flowing Home Improvements. Providing services to households across the North East, that we have been delivering to businesses for years.

- CHAS – The official health and safety assessment standards so you can be rest assured you’re in safe hands.
- ConstructionLine – Going above and beyond PAS 91 requirements, with increased scrutiny around risk management to provide you with evidence that our company had undergone the relevant checks to provide the work.
- Quality Mark – As an accredited installer, we have proven to be competent, certified and experienced in our delivery of works.

But who makes up the team at Flowing Home Improvements?
Chris Hyde, Managing Director, is a long-standing member of the group. His background in chartered surveying provides a complex understanding of the industry which is demonstrated in his interactions with our customers. Chris Hyde is an accomplished director who excels in customer focused culture who embeds this from the ground up enabling us to deliver the best possible customer service.
Clayton Scott, Contracts Manger, is new to F&I Group. Clayton has over 12 years’ experience delivering home improvements. With a history of developing business operations to manage growth efficiently and safely, he is an experienced people manger which will allow us to progress onto the next phase of our evolution.
